Returns
You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Certain items like innerwear, personalized products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Replacements
You can request an exchange for the same or a different size/product (subject to availability).
